Dr. Romantic Season 3 (2023)

This is the story of Kim Sa Bu, a renowned surgeon who becomes the chief surgeon at Doldam Hospital, a small and humble medical facility in the countryside. After successfully operating on Chairman Shin, Kim Sa Bu gains support to improve the hospital. However, he faces various challenges such as the return of an old foe, the departure of his students, and an injury in his wrist that begins to act up. To solve the manpower shortage at Doldam, Kim Sa Bu goes to a larger hospital and meets two individuals who resemble his former students, but lack their skills. Seo Woo Jin is willing to do anything for money, while Cha Eun Jae gets nauseous during surgeries. Despite these setbacks, Kim Sa Bu strives to run Doldam Hospital with these two and the other staff members, discovering real romance along the way.
