Synopsis: Severe shortage of funds has affected the Totei University Hospital. A potential investor shows interest in the hospital who goes by the nickname Vulture. He suggests with a restructure plan from cutting costs to making changes in the organisation. At the request of Nicholas Tange a.k.a Vulture, Michiko Daimon also joins the ailing Hospital to work as a team to excute the plan.
