Synopsis: Set in the Ming dynasty, Ye Xiao Tian (Xu Hai Qiao) a bold, reckless young man who works as a prison guard. One day he has to leave the capital city and go to Huguang province, where he ends up becoming a government official. He then decides to take the position seriously and fights for justice.
