Synopsis: Yuzu Hodaishi (Riho Sayashi) has been searching for a job for a year when she becomes a big fan of the bacteria lactobacillus bulgaricus after reading a novel about yoghurt. I, a lactobacillus bulgaricus, jumps out of a package of yoghurt and follows Yuzu Hodaishi as an invisible presence. Yuzu Hodaishi is eventually hired by a food company in Meiwa and is assigned to work for the company in Osaka. Despite struggling with her new life and work at the PR department in Osaka, Yuzu Hodaishi is given the assignment of writing a magazine article for Meiwa Yogurt’s 50th anniversary.
