Himokura Tetsu is a scientist specializing in the study of parasites. He hates people and is very cruel. Tetsu bought a huge botanical garden, which he turned into his home and laboratory. His right arm is equipped with a black robotic prosthesis, the origin of which is unknown to anyone. He is an eccentric genius who solves a number of complex cases with astounding scientific methods.
