Synopsis: Kishibe Midori is a 25-year-old woman who works in the editorial department of a large publishing company’s fashion magazine. When the magazine is cancelled by the parent company, Kishibe Midori is transferred to the editing department for a dictionary. In this new workplace, Kishibe Midori finds it difficult to adjust to the people around her and their various personalities, including the head of the editorial department, Majime Mitsuya.
However, as she spends more time with them, Kishibe Midori grows inspired by their persistence and enthusiasm. The team have been working on the same dictionary for over a decade and she discovers a certain beauty in the words she works with, which leads to her developing pride and self-fulfillment in her work.
