Black Postman (2023)

Synopsis: Rikiya Soejima, a former postman and current hospice worker, returns to his hometown after receiving a mysterious letter with the words “The Devil of Neverland is not yet done”. Ten years ago, a figure known as the “Devil of Neverland” had been rumored to punish adults who had tortured children through requests received via a mailbox, before disappearing in an incident. Now, a piece of paper with the words “Devil of Neverland: Second Advent” has been discovered in the mouth of a strangled body found at a riverbed, raising questions about why the figure has returned and who is the perpetrator. As Rikiya gets drawn into the series of murders taking place in the town, he must solve the mystery of the “Devil of Neverland”.
